BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -- A Jet Blue Airlines flight was diverted from its original flight plan after a passenger became irate when the crew refused to serve him more alcohol, Department of Justice officials said Friday.
Assistant U.S. Attorney James Kennedy, Jr., said in a written statement that Roman made statements to the crew and other passengers that he was going to shoot and kill the flight crew when the plane landed in New York.
