Ft. Dix backlash

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Muslim man and his aunt claimed they were physically assaulted in Fairview, Bergen County, while another woman claims she was verbally assaulted in Little Falls in Passaic County.

The Fairview victims, Rahid Allen, his aunt and a cousin, told 1010 WINS' Steve Sandberg they were punched and pushed to the ground while the assailant yelled racial slurs.

1010 WINS AUDIO: Steve Sandberg Reports

The New Jersey chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations held a news conference Friday regarding the alleged assault and the alleged verbal assault of the Muslim woman.

A man reportedly shouted: "You (expletive) Muslims are here to bomb this country, you should all die. I want to kill all of you Muslims," at the woman while sitting in traffic according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NJ).

A Muslim-advocacy organization in New Jersey believes the attacks may have been prompted by the arrests of six Muslims who were allegedly plotting to attack Fort Dix.

CAIR-NJ called for the alleged perpetrator be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and for FBI involvement in the case.

No kidding? This really happened? And no one had a camera phone to record it? Hmmph. No proof? Guess I have to call bullsh!t on this one, then.

Give it time. The "assaults" will soon be staged so that someone can record it with a camera phone and then send it to NBC where it will be aired immediately.

I hate to think how many times I'm going to be arrested for stuff like this once I am safely back on U.S. soil. I'm not going to put up with any crap from anyone in an abeya or any man that looks like his descent could be even remotely middle eastern. Ever. Again.
