Newsweek is running a short item on U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer meeting earlier this month with the Muslim Brotherhood’s parliament leader, Mohammed Saad el-Katatni, who told Hoyer Hamas is a “resistance” organization (in the business of blowing up diners and commuters, he might have added) and that the solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict is to expel Israeli Jews from their countries. The Muslim Brotherhood says it renounces violence, it continues to condone the terrorist violence of its Palestinian offshoot Hamas as well as of Tehran’s proxy force in Lebanon, Hezbollah.
